Cliches CAN be good… because in copywriting we want to write like we speak, and we use common cliches all the time.
And they help us get our message across because there’s an existing agreed-upon meaning.
But often they’re so overused they’re just… meaningless. And you don’t want to waste your digital breath on anything that won’t move your biz forward.
