Otherwise it’s like getting in a car and driving around without knowing where the heck you’re going. I’m guessing you’re not trying to ‘Sunday drive’ your business, because that will drive customers crazy.

It could be anything from building a deeper relationship to sales.

And it’s a lot easier to write when you know what that mission is.

Always start by knowing your purpose and the goal you need to achieve.
